IUNC in Dubai
In October 2016 the International Universities Networking Conference (IUNC) for the Middle East and Africa took place in Dubai.
Forty-one universities were present from countries as diverse as Armenia and Oman; the Czech Republic and Botswana; as well as universities you’d expect to find from the EU, UAE, India and the UK.
Strengthening connections and creating new ones, Robert Wagubi and Brenda Ntege spent three days learning more about these universities and their programmes as well as attending seminars on the trends of international education and state scholarships.
This can only bring benefit to the students who visit the WR Education Placement Consultancy offices, knowing that the counsellors who guide them are well informed and that their information is current.
Naturally, it was also an opportune moment for the promotion of the ASEF Events that will take place in February 2017 in Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia and Kenya. The students who attend these fairs will be able to meet some of these university representatives themselves as all of them have been invited.
Mr. Robert Wagubi the CEO at WR Education Consultants and Mr Jim Whiteway, Dean of Business and International Business from Loyalist College, Canada met at WR's offices in Muyenga, Kampala, Uganda
